We use Google Docs as a tool for our staff meeting notes, staff appraisals, fund raising notes, and a variety of other documents. Basically Google Docs is an online Microsoft office application. The best thing about it is it can be accessed anywhere anytime as long as you have internet access. It has been an amazing tool for collaborating and communicating with other team members, committee members and other professionals we are working alongside.

Wordle - Another FREE and fun tool. "Wordle is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. The images you create with Wordle are yours to use however you like. You can print them out, or save them to the Wordle gallery to share with your friends."
